Zentrales, nettes Stadthotel mit unglaublich nettem Service. Speziell die Rezeption sei erwähnt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice, modern rooms, very good breakfast with fresh orange juice, very nice people and very quiet rooms, especially those towards the courtyard. City centre in walking distance. We were there twice, and got an upgrade to the suite on the roof the second time. Highly recommendable.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Großzügige, saubere Zimmer. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt! Freundlicher Service am Empfang und das Frühstück war auch prima.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel molto bello e personale cordiale

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique. La chambre est très propre et spacieuse. Le personnel de cuisine, chambre et réception est très agréable. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel Orcagna.

El personal muy amable, no hablaban español al completo pero se defendían y hacían todo lo posible porque les entendieramos. La habitación muy bonita y limpia. La verdad que no podemos quejarnos de nada!

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente. Pulizia perfetta e gentilissimi all'accoglienza.

Accueil exceptionnellement agréable, chaleureux : réceptionnistes très souriantes parlant français et très serviables Avons bénéficié pendant 3 nuits de l'appartement situé "dans le jardin intérieur" : très propre, literie très bonne, belle salle de bains. Tranquillité assurée Petit déjeuner copieux très bien présenté L'éloignement du centre historique (15/20 mn) est plutôt un avantage qu'un inconvénient

Silenzioso, pulito, comodo e vicino al centro storico e alla fermata dei bus urbani. Consigliatissimo.

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and lovely breakfast. We stayed in the penthouse suite which had a hot tub. As a family with teenage children, the room was ideal because the basins, shower and toilet were all separate so there was less waiting around for the bathroom. Pod coffee machine in the room was also a bonus. Great location to walk everywhere and easy parking in the hotel garage. Would highly recommend.

Ottimo hotel situato a poco meno di mezz'ora dal centro, pulito, aria condizionata funzionante, buona colazione e personale cortese e disponibile.

Very clean and quiet place. The bed was good and air conditioning worked wery well. The breakfest was good. Fresh and tasty.

Amazing stay, after a nightmare flight that was delayed twice we had to check in at the sister hotel opposite and were taken to a spacious apartment on the ground floor that had a hot tub outside and self catering facilities, we were tired anyway but didn't want to unpack in case we got moved another our room in the morning. After a good nights sleep we went to reception who confirmed we'd been upgraded for free and gave us some useful information on local travel before leading us to breakfast! What a turnaround from the previous day. We were very well looked after throughout our stay, after grabbing a very light breakfast one morning to do the local parkrun we came back hungry around 11am and were caught raiding the biscuit jar and invited into the restaurant for a couple of croissants each, they made it seem like nothing to them and maybe it wasn't but the gesture and food were very well received by us at that moment. Our apartment was great, it was either very peaceful, very comfortable or both as we slept really well throughout our stay. It included 2 basins, an amazing shower, 2 sofas, patio area, aircon and full blackout curtains, also having some self catering facilities and a large Coop a few minutes away saved us money which was wisely converted into Spritzes at the local bars, dining locally was also more reasonable that the centre and a couple of restaurants had English menus which helped. If we are lucky enough to go back to Florence again then we will be hoping to stay here.
