We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Orcagna in October 2020. The hotel is very nice and in a very good position, breakfast was good and all the staff were very helpful. Very good value for money.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Orcagna. The hotel is located in a very nice and calm neighbourhood. The breakfast was good and copious. The staff was kind and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Good value for money! A little minus : the walls are thin, so we could hear some noises coming from the adjoining rooms at times. All in all, we highly recommand it for a short stay in Firenze.

We had a great stay, the staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we were overall happy to come across such a fair priced and clean hotel so close to downtown Firenze.

Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Lovely area with only a 15 min. walk to the center of Florence. Staff very helpful and friendly. Value for your money.

Great hotel and friendly staff!!

Very clean and centrally located.

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and lovely breakfast. We stayed in the penthouse suite which had a hot tub. As a family with teenage children, the room was ideal because the basins, shower and toilet were all separate so there was less waiting around for the bathroom. Pod coffee machine in the room was also a bonus. Great location to walk everywhere and easy parking in the hotel garage. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and quiet place. The bed was good and air conditioning worked wery well. The breakfest was good. Fresh and tasty.

Amazing stay, after a nightmare flight that was delayed twice we had to check in at the sister hotel opposite and were taken to a spacious apartment on the ground floor that had a hot tub outside and self catering facilities, we were tired anyway but didn't want to unpack in case we got moved another our room in the morning. After a good nights sleep we went to reception who confirmed we'd been upgraded for free and gave us some useful information on local travel before leading us to breakfast! What a turnaround from the previous day. We were very well looked after throughout our stay, after grabbing a very light breakfast one morning to do the local parkrun we came back hungry around 11am and were caught raiding the biscuit jar and invited into the restaurant for a couple of croissants each, they made it seem like nothing to them and maybe it wasn't but the gesture and food were very well received by us at that moment. Our apartment was great, it was either very peaceful, very comfortable or both as we slept really well throughout our stay. It included 2 basins, an amazing shower, 2 sofas, patio area, aircon and full blackout curtains, also having some self catering facilities and a large Coop a few minutes away saved us money which was wisely converted into Spritzes at the local bars, dining locally was also more reasonable that the centre and a couple of restaurants had English menus which helped. If we are lucky enough to go back to Florence again then we will be hoping to stay here.

The staff were lovely and went the extra mile for us by delivering a breakfast because we were going to be leaving early in the morning for a day tour. That was unexpected and really appreciated. I liked that it was eco friendly too, not changing towels and toilet roll for no reason etc

Super clean, modern hotel, only 15 min walk to the city centre. Our room had a jacuzzi. Nice breakfast including in the room price.

This is such a lovely hotel. We got the apartment room which was a massive surprise to us and couldn’t be happier! The hotel stuff were incredibly polite and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we felt like we stayed at someone’s home rather than hotel. The breakfast was delicious as well, not mention coffee!! One of the best I had! The hotel has also great location, walking distance to the most famous places to visit. Couldn’t make a better choice of the hotel and definitely book again when I will be back in Florence’ Thank you so much for having us! Monika

Very nice staff, alway ready to help you, nice room, clean and confortable, variable breakfast, good localization near bus stop or 30 minut to city centre.

Excellent Hotel to stay. Friendly staff and very new and clean rooms. Breakfast was top . Only a 20 min walk from the centre of Firenze.
